On 1 March 2001, Albrecht von Truchseß (30) will assume his responsibilities in the Corporate Communications Department at METRO AG, Düsseldorf, where he will be in charge of external communications under the direction of Petra Rob.
Von Truchseß completed his studies in the humanities in Göttingen, London and Berlin. He was most recently employed as the press officer of VEAG, the largest East German energy company, in Berlin.
