The services which METRO GROUP offers its suppliers with Metro Data Warehouse go beyond the mere utilization of the system. The service package, which is covered by the license fees, comprises:
- A one-time user training live on the system initiated upon his login and which will from there on be activated for the use of Metro Data Warehouse.
- The first three months are cost-free.
- An RSA key, which automatically generates passwords and is handed out to each user.
- The use of the hardware / software to access the data.
- The use of the First-level Support, which will be available in the form of a hotline to answer any questions relating to the operation and data quality.
