Kaufhof turns into Galeria Kaufhof: "Ich freu' mich drauf!" [I can't wait!]
Brand appearance under the green Galeria arch now also in Euskirchen
Starting from 25 June 2010, the Kaufhof department store in Euskirchen appears under the new name Galeria Kaufhof. "With this renaming, which our customers cannot fail to notice on the façade and on the sales floor, we are now also name-wise joining the ranks of the Galeria Kaufhof outlets", said the manager of the department store, Hans-Peter Neußer, with pleasure. This way the department store now also supports the harmonized and strong brand appearance of GALERIA Kauf-hof GmbH in the heart of downtown Euskirchen.

What is the Pandora story? Since 2002, the Galeria magazine has been telling such and similarly exciting trend stories – four times a year and exclusively for especially loyal customers of Galeria Kaufhof. Now the premium customer magazine has experienced a comprehensive relaunch in terms of graphic design and content.

7th edition of the Galeria Kaufhof night run 2010: Galeria Kaufhof and ASV Cologne run against time and for a good cause
For each kilometre run by the employees respectively the members of the association, the company and the Cologne sports association will each donate 30 cents to Pänzilvania – the ward for chronically ill children in the children's hospital on Amsterdamer Straße.
When the starting gun for the 7th Galeria Kaufhof night run is fired on 12 May 2010 at 9:15pm, the teams of Galeria Kaufhof and ASV Köln will not only run against time but also for a good cause: for each kilometre run by a Galeria employee or a member of the sports association 30 cents will be donated to Pänzilvania – the ward for chronically ill children in the children's hospital on Amsterdamer Straße in Cologne.

'Not another women's magazine' is what many a reader may think. But they will soon notice: inlilfe is refreshingly different and offers inspiring lifestyle without losing touch with reality
Today, the time has finally come: Galeria Kaufhof presents the first issue of inlife. At an initial circulation of around 40,000, the new women's lifestyle magazine is making its entrance into the club of renowned magazines for women. With around 100 pages per issue and 12 issues per year the magazine can be purchased for € 1 at the checkouts in the Galeria Kaufhof department stores. The focus is on the target group of value-oriented, modern female customers aged 35+.

South African band presents ARD World Cup song and own wine creation
Tonight, the Galeria Kaufhof department store on Hamburg Mönckebergstraße presents the South African band The Parlotones. In their home country they have already achieved super star status and also in Germany it will soon be difficult to conceive the charts and the recurring radio and TV station programmes without the four musicians. With their hit "Life Design" the four young men already took the radio charts by storm. But this is far from all.
